Long post alert.. 

Hi All, 

 

i called  NVC march 21, and i was told that waiting time is now 11 weeks, and was told that my request for supervisor review last march 13, will not take effect as they changed the rule on march 20 Monday, 

i was disheartened when heard the news, as we started filing the waiting was just 2-4 weeks

changed to 6-8 weeks, and when am on my 8th week they changed it to 11 weeks. 

 

Ive been calling them almost everyday more than once  between EST7:00am-8:00am 

am not sure if its just pure coincidence, but i never wait for too long (total waiting time -- less than a minute - 3 mins) 

 

 

last week , theyve been telling me that its on supervisor review.. the day before yesterday, was the first time i heard from them that it is being currently reviewed . 

At first i thought i misheard it.. so i called again and the rep told me "it is now being reviewed" and told him, i thought i misheard the last person i talked to, he was laughing and said, no you didnt please wait for our email, 

i called AGAIN last night the first person to answer my call was so rude and told me NO, they have not started reviewing it, andwe will just email you. Again, was heart broken,,, BUT i called AGAIN,

the next rep was so polite,andsaid, it is being reviewed and will be finish very soon (i had my hopes high,but i expected less, perhaps they are just so irritated that ikeep on calling them (they log our calls everytime) 

 

when i wokeup this morning, the first i checked was visa journey to check if there are CC's  . Then i checked my husbans messages and saw a screen shot of 3rd N/A checked it on ceac website and yes its 3N/A, while typing this trying to call NVC and i couldnt waiting time is terrible, will try to call again to confirm EST11:00pm.. 

 

i hope and pray for each and everyone of you to have your case completed.

in timesi amso down and depressed, reading visajourneys and your warm and kind replies keeps me going

Every time I call I am told I am in review department too. Just got off the phone and was told the same thing. They do not say  " Supervisor Review " . I don't know if its just the wording or means something . Hoping I would get some good news soon.  Thank You

I believe they mean it now ,, you will get it the soonest

It's really hard to have plans as we really have no clue how long we have to wait, it is best to plan if we have the visa on hand.. because case completion waiting time varies, as well as the schedules for interview dates,

I woke up to my husbands call this morning informing me of the 3 magical N/As (alhumdullilah).

 Our case was completed yesterday 3/30 ( 10 weeks 1 day ) 
We would like to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you here who has taken the time to answer our questions and kept us going. I dont know what we would have done without this site and everyone who is a part of it.  I hope and pray that all of the fellow members have their case completed soon. May we all live happily ever after with our loved ones. May our lives be filled with lots of laughter and joy!!! Ameen 
Good Luck Everyone ! Stay strong. I was told we are in the interview que and will get scheduled any day now .

I completely agree. In my case i didnt even request for supervisor review and they "accidentally" sent me there twice when i wasn't even in the time frame to receive the supervisor review so my files have just been sitting there and now i see that everyone who's documents were submitted weeks after me has been completed and i'm still waiting.
