Well, My fiancee filed the fiance visa last year ,and USCIS got it on october 30th we have been waiting for a few months 4 months and 10 day to be exactly. We got a RFE 2 weeks ago they asked for one of the divorce´s paper that was missed from the second marriage of my fiancee who lives in the United States. a week later she mailed that to uscis and 5 days after that, we got approved our forms finally. Today on march 10th we got it approved, Now USCIS send my case to the National visa center which we will check a few things and finally will forward it to the consulate in Caracas,Venezuela where they will contact me for a few papers more,fingerprints,exams and interview. I am so anxious to finally can go to live my whole life with my Gorgeous girl in the united states. I will keep typing right here what will happen forward with it.

2016-12-19 NOA1 Hardcopy received

2017-03-09 EAD and AP approved

2017-09-15 Green card approved, interview waived

 

ROC:

2019-08-12 Filed ROC (one day shipping)

2019-08-13 Application received at Lewisville, TX

2019-08-16 Received case number

2019-11-13 Biometrics appointment (Lubbock, TX)

2020-05-14 Case approved, interview waived
