Hi everyone,

 

Quick question. I want my mom to be here for my ceremony .. means she has to re-enter US again. 

Her last visit was 1 week and half... and planning to re-enter in 6 weeks..

 

Do you think they would deny her entry?

She's on B2 visa, and the purpose will be 'travelling' of course for pleasure. 

She will be here for 4 months or 3 and would have a return ticket and be staying at a hotel.

Thanks! Shouldn't be a problem I guess. This would be her second visit. 

No history of overstaying.

Having stayed for such a short period unlikely she would have issues.

But we're planning for her to stay 3-4 months though... 

I'm just worried they deny her because of the 1 month gap between two visits.

As I said above, it's possible.

 

No one here can tell you whether she'll be admitted or denied entry; she'll find out when she attempts.
