I am thinking about sending all the forms required by the NVC to be singed by my wife ahead of time so she can sign them. Can someone please list the form for me that she needs to signing? please

if she is the beneficiary, then she needs to sign DS-3032 (choice of agent) + DS-230 form.

Good Luck!!

*you should also read the Jame's shortcuts to help speed up the process.

DOES MY WIFE HAVE TO SIGN FOR BOTH PART I AND PART II OR DO I SIGN FOR PART I AND SHE SIGNS FOR PART II.

Jmarwan,

What visa are you applying for? Your profile states "Naturalization" is that true? We need to know exactly what "benefit" you are applying for before we can help accurately answer the question.

For a CR/IR your wife will need to sign the DS230 part 1 for sure. Depending on which country your wife is in, she may need to fill out part 2 (without signinig it) and submit both parts together. DS230 part 2 is always signed in front of the consulor officer during the interview.

Again, please let us know what visa you are applying for, and how far along you have gotten, so that we can provide the appropriate advice.
