She's in the US right now so the best thing for me it's to go back to Morocco right ?

I don't work for immigration or the consulate. I don't know what the best thing did you to do is I just can't imagine that you will get a whole lot of help if you've shown that you're willing to do things illegally

Hi everyone, thanks for all you're feedback. I'm the  petitioner and I am living in the US I'm here in Texas. The major question for us was since he's there in Italy and not living in Morocco if it would be possible for him to get approved there or will he have to move back to Morocco.

Ah yeah you're right me i was thinking that they gonna asks just for the passport but i think that i and the package but now i ask the US consulate in Italy they says that they gonna reply in just 7 days now im still waiting hope they help

Another question we have is, the proof of our relationship I traveled to where he is at now which is Italy instead of Morocco his home country will this be a problem for us? If anyone knows the answer please help thank you ?

Its beneficial for you to meet friends and family and see his culture, etc but it's also beneficial to meet more than once and many other things too. How long were you together in Italy? What "proofs" of relationship do you have? If you were together a long time I would think that would be ok than if you just met and got engaged a couple weeks later. But again, I don't know how the embassy works. We e been stuck in AP for 7 weeks now so if I knew what they were looking for we wouldn't be stuck in this situation. Maybe others can say better.
