Expired medical report

Is there any chance that the immigration would consider an expired medical report? Our visa is already issued a while ago but our medical reports will expire on March 15. We had our interview last January 19 and they've just done processing it this week. We have submitted missing documents the day after our interview and they processed it for more than a month ??? Our visas will arrive 7-10 working days as they said. How now?

The visa itself should contain an expiration date to reflect the medical, so you need to get it redone.

When was your medical?   You have 6 months from day ONE of the medical to get your visa and arrive in the USA.

If March 15th is the actual 6 month mark for the medical I don't see the embassy issuing the visa as it will arrive in your hand.. EXPIRED.

I would be contacting the embassy regarding this.. not us.

If there is time to issue the visa before the medical expires, the visa expiration date will be very close and you will have to beat feet to get into the USA before that date.  OR .. yes you will have to contact the embassy regarding this issue and they will instruct you to complete a new medical.  More delays.

And don't forget your CFO sticker.. ain't leaving without it.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!
