I am currently in singapore but I'am a Filipina and my Fiance is the us citizen. I just received the mail from the Us embassy singapore stating my requirement before They schedule my interview date. But the problem is we are scheduled to have a vacation from april 15 to may1 in the philippines. I already applied for COC in the Singapore police, im just waiting for their reply. My philippine nbi clearance  is on the way to Sg also. Do u think its okay if we submit the checklist before or after our vacation? Coz if possible i can complete everything by next week, do u advise i submit it immediately? So that we can make it by april 15? Thank u. Hoping for your response

Well follow their guidelines and submit what you can. I don't know about the time line as some times interviews can come quickly, sometimes can take awhile. If they are the ones scheduling it I would take what they give you.

As for your vacation back to the Philippines, would you again have to go through CFO to leave to go back to Singapore? That might complicate/add time. I would if possible maybe hold off on the trip? Or if possible reschedule the appointment with the embassy once they give you a date.

I suggest to submit it when you get back to singapore. Because once they receive all your requiremrnts they will schedule the interview the soonest possible date. You might still be in the philippines on the date they schedule your interview.

That is what the embassy advised me when I asked about taking a trip as well while I am still in the visa process.

I am also a filipina but have singapore as my consulate.

CFO is not required at the US embassy in singapore.

Do u already have interview date? Have you submitted your packet 3 checklist? I want to have an idea or a timeframe on how many days from the submission of packet 3 to the interview date? Especially here in Singapore. :)
