My sister has agreed to be the co sponsor for my wife, a Philippine Citizen, her son, also a Philippine Citizen, and her daughter, a Philippine Citizen as well. My sister is alone. She said that she wants me to fill out the paper work and send that to her. For the required income she would need to cover three people and herself, and so how much income does she need to qualify? If she does not have enough income to qualify can she combine income and assets, or does it need to be one or the other? Does she need to furnish an IRS Return and W-2s for each one. In other words does she need to furnish three IRS Returns and W-2s? Do I need to complete an Affidavit of Support, I-864 for each of them, my wife, and her two children?  Do I download this form, fill it out for each one, and then mail them to my sister for her to complete, sign, and return to me? I am confused about exactly how I should go about that. I need to do it correctly because the Visa Processing fees are so expensive, and after spending all that money I need to have the Visas approved. Thank you so much for any help you can give me on this.

Household of four is a little over $30,000. Our petitions is not yet approved, but we started on the 864s already. We filled out a separate 864 for each petition (wife and stepson) and had my dad fill out one for each also since he is cosponsor, I had him fill out an 864a also since we will be living in the same house. I used teamviewer to use my parents computer from here to help them fill out the forms, it would be cheaper than filling it out here then mailing it to US to be signed. And again, we haven't made it to the interview yet, so I might not be right.

Hi verwen, what about the signature part? Is teamviewer can do that too?  We've used MS Paint to signed an insurance form but havent try it with I-864.  Possible only with touch screen.

Our Family

Joshua, a music lover, and Tennessee born guy met Lady Lyn, a Filipina in an online Yahoo Christian Chat while both of them were praising God in a different way.  The latter was bullied by some chatters, and courageous Joshua rescued her like a damsel in distress, that was where a new chapter of life begun with the two of them. Their marriage is blessed in many forms including of rewarding them with a beautiful and joyful baby girl named Abigail Exodus Haltom which named perfectly represents their love and life story as a family.

No, they still need to sign and mail it to us, but it was better than me filling it out here, mailing it there then them mail it back.
