Hi

On the Intent to marry letter it says to put the service center where you will be filing. The form says to send to US Dallas lockbox.  USCIS P.O. Box 660151, Dallas, TX 75266. But the closest service center would be San Antonio.Does this matter? Do they now all get sent to the same place?  It gives the option for US postal service which is Dallas, and Express mail which is USCIS, Attn: I-129F, 2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400, Lewisville, TX 75067. Does the Express mail make the process quicker or does it not make a difference which to send it to?

You have to send it to the Dallax Lockbox. From there on they will send it to the service center where they are currently processing the I-129F. Courier or regular mail will not make a difference for a quicker process.

Thank you. But on the letter of intent to marry. Do you put that lockbox address or the service center? in the example it says - [ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION]

For the I-129F, it would be the TX lockbox or their Lewisville address.

When you create the same letter for the K-1 interview, use your fiance(e)'s local consulate address.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
