Hi everybody

I do not have the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) or the varicella vaccines marked on the form that the doctor gave me prior the appointment at the embassy. When I went to that appointment I had measles and rubella vaccines which he marked on the form. I got a varicella shot few days after that appointment. I have called some doctors in the US to complete the vaccines requirements but they all want to make me take the tests that I just took one month ago or charge me the whole price for completing the i-693 form:angry:  It clearly says on the instructions that I do not need to take them again. Has anyone gone through this?

Thanks

Just an update here I found a doctor that does not make you take the whole tests again and charges $35 for completing the I 693 and on top of that the staff is really nice. Super recommended
