DS230 part 1 AGAIN!!

I just received in the mail another DS 230 part 1. I just filled out DS 230 part 2 and sent it in the mail. I sent the part 1 in to the NVC and they sent the part 2 right after that. I know I didn't screw up the part 1, they didn't send me a checklist with it. Whats the deal? Anybody else have this happen to them? I would ask the NVC myself but they wont answer calls anymore. I've been trying to call them for the past week and their phone system puts me on hold for 20 minutes then goes back to the main menu.

This happened to me too. It was okay they had not processed the paper work in there computer. I would wait and see. Mine was cleared in 2 weeks. Don't worry too much about your fine.
