out of the normal processing time

My step-father is petitioning my mom and I. We sent everything to remove the conditions in our GC in January 2016, it has been more than a year. In Vermont Service Center, according to the website, is processing February 15, 2016. So is out of the normal processing time. My mother went ahead and filed a request. Should I file one for my case too? Or is the two cases together? *JUST IN CASE, I am 20 years old*. I would like to know also what other actions can we take? We have been waiting for so long now. Thanks in advance.

If you have a different number, I'd file a service request for your case, too! You'll probably both get some kind of automated response, but I'd certainly file a service request if I could! (It can't hurt, and it might help!)

Yeah, we do have different numbers but I dont know under what "Form Number" to file the e-request. Because my mother did it using i751 but i cant file the e requet with that form number.

Use the number that was on your biometrics letter, not the one on your extension letter.
