Initial information:

- My mother is LPR.
- MY sister is US citizen.
- MY father filed I130 when he was LPR and now US citizen. File category is F2B.
- I came on student visa in Jan-2015. I filed Ajustment of Status in April-2016 as priority date became current. But I did not applied for EAD along with AOS.
- I graduated in Dec-2016 and Applied for EAD based on c-9 category that is AOS based EAD. I have my c-9(AOS based) EAD now.
- So now I am no longer on opt status or F1. And AOS case is ready to schedule for interview.
- Right now I am looking for a job.

Question:

1. Will I have any problem related to status of F1 when I go for interview?
2. Do I Need to have job before I go to interview for AOS?
