I'm in the same boat! I want to file the N400 because it's been over a year since I sent in our I-751 application. What are the risks (if any) with filing the N400 concurrently?

Im also in the same boat! CSC filler pending I751 for over 1 year now. I can apply for N400 next month and I think i will do. I cant say there are risks, but what i had been reading is that for a combined interview (I751 + N400) you will need to go with your spouse and have a similar interview what you did have for the first GC. Im not sure if I want to have this interview again.

Hey, yes it seems to be the general consensus here to file the N400. I had my interview on my own in South Africa because I came in on a CR-1 spousal visa - I haven't been interviewed in the US so that scares me a bit because I have no idea what to expect. Our marriage is bona fide - it's just so terrible to be stuck in limbo for all these years!!!

I understand. The same here. Bona fide marriage, but we never know what to expect when you are being interviewed. I cant await to have all this process done. I have all my documents stuck because of this delay. (GC expired with extension letter, DL expired with temporally permission pending on legal department to approve my request for Real ID). This is very frustrating!!!

Yeah, welcome to the LONG wait ! I understand they have lots of cases to look at but we all paid a lot of money to process the application, I don't see why they cannot get it done in under a year. It's absolutely ridiculous. Hang in there :)

So three days ago I got an email on the USCIS case status site saying they are producing the card for the I-751 ROC 10 GC. There was no update on the USCIS account. Then today both updated with the card being produced last week and the approval today.

Then also received the 18 month LOE today as well....

NYC processing for N-400 is 8 months by the way from online application to interview.

Hope this helps everyone here.
