Hi everyone,

I will keep it short, i am working on getting my marriage visa it's been more than a year already, i have a good and expensive immigration lawyer.

So in 2011 i was charged was domestic violence and we are working on weather this will be a case of moral turpitude.

But please i need answers ONLY related to one simply questions by someone who already experienced my same journey:

Did anyone of you get approved with a background of domestic violence?

I know there alot of info that i am not providing but i just want to know if someone got in the US with such charges so please comment ONLY if you were personally approved or if you know someone that has been approved with such criminal background and if yes how.

Please i am REALLY WORRIED and desperate i love my wife and her kid i can't imagine spending my life without them.

Thank you
