When we received my husbands original greencard in the mail the expiration date was wrong.  We had started the whole process as CR1, but he entered after our 2nd wedding anniversay, so his greengard should have been an IR1 when we got it.

Anyway...we sent it back to be corrected in April, he had his biometrics in May...and we still haven't heard anything...

How much longer can we expect to wait?  Anyone else in the same boat?

I sent in an e-request in January, on January 17 they said I should hear within 45 days....is that business days or calendar days?

Just when you think it's over, they stick you one more time!

I just called Friday and no news :(  They said they would put in a service request and to wait 30 days.  I tried to get an infopass appointment, but it says there aren't any available.  I called someone from my town who is a state representative and he told me to call a local congressman...I called and he wasn't available, so I left a message...and nothing.  This waiting game is not for the faint of heart. :(

Some members said they were having a hard time getting an infopass appointment too.  They suggested going on at midnight and try to get one.  They said for some reason it much refresh at that time and appointments seem to be available.  Hope this helps for you!
