enterview done over year ago.embassy now asking fresh passport (old expire in embassy) .also asked to send new ds260.between this time relationship up  and down between wife and me .i am also try to mantain relation.can my wife stop embassy to issue visa.remmber visa is approved .and i also had a joint sponsor with my case.

 can she do that .or she had power to do it .or u think this is no child game tht u had fight and tell  embassy finish it.

what are my choices.please help

Then why are you afraid that she will stop it?

 

She has to be on board if they ask you for updates I-864 and supporting documents it has to be from her also.

Doesn't mean they can't ask you for it again.

 

All you can do is submit the documents and medical they have asked for and see.

if they had to asked they also mention in email .which i got it today.what if no document is required from her side. then ....

i am asking this cos some time we make decsion in anger and after thid we realize we gone to far.but then u have to start whole process again.

hope u understand now why i am asking.

Thats a bit confusing.

 

You and you wife had made a decision to not be together anymore but then regret that decision and want to be together again?

Then i still can't see why you should be worried about her withdraw her i-864? If you and her were together again on this she would not do that.

Yes if she pulls the I-864 then there will be no visa for you.

This sounds an awful like this post.  Both had interviews over a year ago, and coincidently, same embassies.
