2nd interview for after NOIR reaffirmed

My husband has finally got his second interview scheduled after a long process where his file was sent back to USCIS and finally reaffirmed.  He was not told to get his medical retaken.  I am assuming they will request this after the interview.  Has anyone gone through this process before?  What should he expect in the second interview?  Thanks to anyone with insight in this.  I have had a hard time finding people who went to the second interview.  Thanks for your help

i need your help in little questions 

how was the second interview i mean the questions 

did you redone the medical file
