Am I eligible for cspa? (F-3)

Priority date : 18 June 2007

Approval Date : 20 April 2010

Catagory : F3

 Will I be eligible under CSPA?

I'll be turning 21 this year and I'm very worried about it.

I don't exactly remember the date. Good to hear that let's see what happens. Do I need to ask NVC that am I eligible after they send welcome letter?

  So right now they are working april of 2005   so more than 2 years before your NOA1   ,  if they move one month every calendar month  you will be current in 2 year and be just short of 23.  But it took over 2 years to approve .   If looks like it may be pretty close.

2 years 10 months to be exact I guess I'm safe until 2020. What do you think?

  The only worrisome part is the current time is based on how many petitions were posted many years ago and you don't know if the time between that date and your priority date has less than average petitions , meaning it will move forward quickly  or too many , which could drag things out.
