Help for cover letter and letter of intent for fiance visa

Hi everyone! I've just started getting together the items needed to petition for my fiance from Australia to come to the US.   I'm really confused about where to address the cover letter and the letter of intent to.  Looking at the example it says to put the address where you are filing it.  I thought it would be the Texas lockbox address:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

BUT, I see on the example it says [ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION], and some examples given elsewhere on the internet are using a Vermont address.   I'm in Chemung County, NY.  I called USCIS and the representative told me to address it to where I'm filing it, with no other information.  So is the Texas lockbox address where I'm technically filing it, or is there another address I should be aware of?  She also told me that once the lockbox receives it, it will be sent to which ever processing center is the least busiest.

So I don't know where it is going to be filed yet, or that's the impression I got from the representative. (She wasn't the most helpful).  Also do I and my fiance need to put different addresses on our letter of intent?  (Just wondering because I see the second line on the example says:"United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located]
[Embassy Address]"

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

All K-1s are being processed at the California Service Center so your case won't have anything to do with Vermont anyway.

It doesn't matter what you write though, you don't even need an address on those papers. Go with Texas lockbox if you want to.

I-129F level, we used the Lewisville, TX address because we FedEx-ed our petition.

K-1 level, we would address it to my local embassy (I'm the beneficiary).

For the sender's address, we used our respective local mailing addresses.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
