Nexus card info update (Seattle)

hi..

I just completed my US citizenship work and got a new US passport.  With that in my hands, I  went to King county airport to update my nexus card info.  I did not need an appointment.

I did have to meet both US and Canadian officials there.  They wanted to check my DL, Nexus card and the new passport.  Canadian side was done in like 10min.  US somehow took a bit longer but not much longer.

A few hours later, I checked my online status and green card information had been removed.  But somehow citizenship info remained and no new info on citizenship were added.  I will check it a day or two later to double check but that was all.  Official person told me that I can continue to use the existing nexus card, as long as I have passport or passport card with it (since the nexus card does say "old" citizenship info).  I could get a new card but i'd have to pay for a new one.

BTW, I did go to SeaTac airport 1st (global entry office).  they told me that I have to go to Nexus office (King county airport).

update...

When I did go to King county airport, I think they only "added' my US passport info into global entry part of the system.    A long story short, I went to Blain office with naturalization certificate and US passport to update Nexus info correctly to indicate that my current citizen ship (which I need to delicate at the time of US entry) to US.  Yes, you do need that big naturalization certificate. No appointment is needed.  once your number is called, it only too 5 min for both US and Canadian agents to update my info.  I then have to request a new replacement card...

I updated my Global Entry at the San Diego border crossing, and they needed an appointment to do this. The actual process took about 5 minutes, I submitted my passport and Global Entry card to the reception, and when they called me, they had already finished the process of updating my account. They took away my current Global Entry card, and asked me to request a new one.

I was a bit concerned as when I checked my GOES account online, in the "Manage Account" section, there was no information about my US passport, in particular, in the citizenship information section, it states that I was entering as a US citizen but "no proof of citizenship documents provided," and my green card was still in the admissibility documents section. But, in the update documents section, both my passports were listed, and when I tried entering this weekend, it accepted my US passport at the Global Entry kiosk, so it was all good.
