So my now wife arrived on a Tourist Visa.

As I am compiling all the information I was curious as to the Pro's and Con's of Filling the i-130 with or separate from the I-485.

I would like to get her Immigration number as soon as possible and therefore would like to submit the I-130 asap.

Does anyone have any experience in doing them together vs separate and what the consequences would be?

Doing both at the same time is faster and allows for your wife to start working and get travel documents faster.

the other side s that it requires a lot more documents

If she is already here why not do them both?

On another note, make sure to not file before it's been 60 days from her entering the country and make sure you document the process that led you to change your mind and get married so fast. It might look like fraud if she entered on a non-immigrant visa and now asking for AOS

what about parts of the I-485 that requires info from an approved I-130?

They don't matter if you are allowed to file both at the same time
