But was a lawyer who told you that. I'm really really concern because I don't want to mess up my process, but also want to spend some time with my husband because I miss him. Since January I haven't seen him.

Its entirely based on case to case. All case situations are different. Good luck.

How was your case? I mean, you were petitioned by your spouse? Where are you from?

My case was most complicated one that's why I needed an attorney. Couldnt discuss details here.. I am an Indian living in Dubai and ya I am sponsored by my wife who is LPR currently in US.

Funny thing happened with me.. They forgot to take my oath during interview so they called me back last Wednesday for this. 

 

I went there and took an oath and it seems my passport is dispatched just yesterday!

- hoW did your husband go to usa ?
- WHen exactly did he gone ?
- hoW old is he ?
- hoW old are you ?
- Explain me exactly HoW you met each other ?
- WHen have you take the decision to marry each other ?
- WHere does he live in usa ?
- WHat does he do in life ?
- Do you have kids ?
- Do you often talk ?
- At Which frequency ?
- HoW do you talk ?
- It is your first marriage ?
- Is it his first marriage ?
- WHere do you get married
- I see that he came here regurlary, - hoW may time has he been here - WHen Was the last time you see each other ?
- It means that When you asked a visa tourist in 2015, you Were going to see him ! Why is not his name mentioned here ?
ok everything seems to be ok..... congratulations!!! good luck in colorado

i had a lot of photo and copy of ticket airplane, print of conversation (550 pages), ..etc. He examine carefully all this document. My opinion is that for all people Who have not yet kids, you should maximise proof of relationship. . best luck to every one. thanks you Jesus

So many 2015 fillers  had IL(interview letters) and interviews this week , can you please post some info about you case here for the rest of us ? thank you
