Hey all,

Unfortunately, my partner and I got an RFE for our case, it arrived today to my partner's house today, the RFE was asking for a waiver for multiple filing, now we did add a waiver as we have applied and gotten approved within two years but didn't follow through due to some unrelated financial issues. Now once we opened up the mail, the I-797E form is correct, has both Tess and I's name on it, her correct address, receipt number and notice date, however, the second page detailing what we need to submit, again, has the correct case number, the same dates we filed but is asking for the multiple filing waivers, now here's the thing, both of the names for both the petitioner and the beneficiary are completely different people, names not even similar to ours.

What should we do in this situation, just write out another waiver with our names in it, or contact usics and let them know of their error?

I've uploaded the documents to further show what has happened: (REMOVED)

Contact USCIS asap! They are the only ones who can clear this up.

Could you also please remove the other peoples' names from this? It is not their fault that USCIS apparently messed up, and I'm sure they don't want their information posted. :o

Yeah I was thinking that might be the only option, well gotta wait for them to open up and call I guess, or does it all have to be paper based?

Also, oops, I only just realized I posted the unedited copy, how do I edit the post? I can't see an edit button for the original post anywhere?
