Ok so my job is thinking of sending me to the UK for a while however At present I have an N400 and I751 pending. Let me give you some background on this.

I-751 recieved by VSC on October 9 2015 Biometics were a month later then heard nothing until an RFE Sept 16 2016 which I replied back to to this date nothing yet from USCIS.

N400 then filed December 6th of this year. Did the biometics 3 weeks later. Now waiting on that also as I am now more than 3 years married.

Now my company would like me to work in the UK but I still will have the N400 interview to do. Any advise on this?

Is your N400 interview scheduled? If so, my guess is it'll be a joint N400-I751 interview.

I'd say get your citizenship and then leave without worrying about when to come back.

No interview date as of yet and the N400 is still in the NBC

What's your field office? If you filed in December 6th, you might be looking for an interview during spring/summer.

I'd still try to get the citizenship first before committing to a work overseas.

Perfect!!! That's one big headache gone away.

Good thing for NJ field offices, they do hold same day oaths. You may as well walk out as an US citizen the day of your interview.
