I checked USCIS online for my case status. It recently updated on March 1 and here what it said, " On March 1, 2017, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. " Does that mean my NOA 2 already approved and now I wait for mail to arrive? I got my NOA 1 in January(receipt of fee).

USCIS has approved the petition to allow the NVC to open a visa for your fiancée.

NVC will process your case for 4-6 weeks and then send to the embassy in the country where your fiancée currently lives.  The embassy will then contact her to apply for the visa and attend an interview.  The CO at the embassy will have the final say in approval of the visa.

But that considering NOA 2 right that is approved from USCIS?

No I didn't expedite my case. Someone mentioned I got my first NOA 1 letter really late on January which got me worried because I filed on November 11. Lucky I am still on track. I hope you get your NOA 2 on time!

OP is technically seen a November filer so false alarm for January ones. You're waiting five weeks now, expect around three months until approval but anything can happen,

Which month did you filed K1 application? Have you got first NOA email notification? I got my first email notification few weeks after I filed on November 11. But I didn't get my NOA 1 letter until January. Someone mentioned that was not normal, could be mailing issue. Now I got NOA 2 on March 1.
