I dont get it! We were 100 percent denied with seemingly no chance. So why is it in Administrative Processing. Isnt it supposed to just be denied .

The lady gave my fiancee all his documents back. and told him i lied to him about my marital status and I was divorced specifically in 2015 according to her view of things. which is not the truth, as I've never been married. She told my fiancee I was scamming and lying to him on my entire relationship. so I was absolutelly sure our case was denied and would close. I don't believe we have a chance at this point. so AP throws me off.

I'm confused... if you were not married; then you are calling her a liar.. and I'm assuming they pulled your background check and you were married for her to make that claim!?

I've never been married. the interview went all wrong. I believe the interviewer was wrong. she told my fiancee I was married and divorced due to a misunderstanding. and she wouldn't hear anything else. my original NOA2 was approved. my background checks were done. She accused me. I am not accussing her. she simply told him i was lying and scamming him and refused to listen to him.

AP is a catch all. So yes it's normal for it to say that even if you've been outright denied.
