Im already in the philippines when i request my police clearance in UAE. I went first to NBI manila for my Sundry info.. then NbI manila will send you sundry info to DFA aseana they will authenticate it there.. once your Sundry info is aunthenticated, There’s a DHL that will send your authenticated docs to he UAE embassy in the phillpines for the sealed.. after that UAE embassy will send it back to you your docs.. then, you will send it now in anu dhabi police in UAE.. but if you have friends and relatives in uae you can ask them or you can send you docs to them so they can help you to get Police clearnce quickly. If you have time check my blog about that.

Still to much work to get something that the USEM doesn't require from you anyway

ahh i understand. check this one:

when you request the police clearance online, they will just email it to you so no need for physical appearance. you will need to enter your details and pay the fee (no need to submit the NOA1 at all). however, i am not sure if the US Embassy in Manila will accept a digital copy of the certificate.

also just to clarify: you need police clearances from all countries you lived in, if you lived in those countries for at least six months. so, in your case, you need a UAE Police Clearance (issued by Dubai Police for example if you lived in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Police if you lived in Abu Dhabi). You will also need a police clearance from the Philippines (which is issued by the NBI aka NBI clearance).

Hello.. does anyone knows if uae police clearance is still needed upon interview? And how to obtain one please. Its confusing some people tells that it is waived.

We have the same issue. I was also told thats its waive because they dont give police clearance unless you are physically there. I hope someone can confirm this

i m in NVC stage and i was wondering about it so i hope it is waived as it will be very long process to be done from Cairo thanks

It is waived. I worked in Sharjah UAE for 5 yrs. When i was at my interview the officer in the pre screening asked me about my work and then she asked the person beside her "Girl, UAE is not included right cant get one unless physically present."YES. Okay..😀😀😀 so no worries you wont be asked for a police clearance from UAE..during your interview
