hello - i'm in the process of getting my NBI certificate from the Phil Coonsulate in Dubai right now. This link explains the general process for getting an NBI clearance here in the UAE throught the Phil Consulate, have a look: http://ingbieku.blogspot.ae/2015/03/how-to-get-nbi-clearance-at-philippine.html

I do not understand your question - can you please explain "what you mean "use NOA1 in NBI MANILA for getting my Sundry"?

ahh i understand. check this one:

https://www.moi.gov.ae/en/eservices/Issuance.clearcriminalrecord.certificate.348.aspx

when you request the police clearance online, they will just email it to you so no need for physical appearance. you will need to enter your details and pay the fee (no need to submit the NOA1 at all). however, i am not sure if the US Embassy in Manila will accept a digital copy of the certificate.

also just to clarify: you need police clearances from all countries you lived in, if you lived in those countries for at least six months. so, in your case, you need a UAE Police Clearance (issued by Dubai Police for example if you lived in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Police if you lived in Abu Dhabi). You will also need a police clearance from the Philippines (which is issued by the NBI aka NBI clearance).

hi, were u able to get one online? I tried my old emirates ID (Abu Dhabi from 2013-2015) and I can't create an account because I don't have my phone number anymore, and they'll send a verification code to that number. so i'm following the instructions on the website https://www.abudhabi.ae/portal/public/en/citizens/work-and-employment-topic/job-search/good-conduct-certificate-from-adp?_afrLoop=10802554354711692

I printed out a page on a sample K1 notice from the US Manila Embassy that shows that I need a Police Clearance from countries that I lived in (I got the sample from k1approved.com), and was able to do the "fingerprinting" sa NBI. Quite a long process to have it authenticated and mailed and everything, I was hoping I could get one online.

Hi girls, were you able to get police clearance? I was able to get one before leaving UAE but it says valid only for 3 months. I don't know if the US embassy will accept that. Any advice is highly appreciated.
