Birth abroad certificate questions

I'm filling out form i-129 K-1 visa application, and I have a quick question about Question 13.d which says "Have you obtained a Certificate of Naturalization or a Certificate of Citizenship in your name?".

Where does the Birth Abroad Certificate fall into that? Because the next question asks for the Certificate number, which a birth abroad certificate doesn't have one to my knowledge. At the moment, I checked "No" to that question as I feel Birth Abroad is different from those two listed certificates in question 13.d

Note: I do have my original birth certificate from England, my original Birth Abroad certificate, and Form FS-240 that my parents filled out to claim my birth abroad (my dad was US Military). So I have everything necessary to prove my US citizenship through my parents, it's just that one question that has me confused. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

Hopefully others will weigh in but I don't think that applies to you. You are a US citizen by parentage, and those certificates are for those who obtain citizenship and not have it automatically by parentage/birth.

Yeah, that's the impression I'm getting looking over this again. :) Just wanted to make sure just in case. But as you said, anyone else wants to weigh in, please do. :)
