Hi,

I am us citizen applying for Green card for my husband. I have co-sponsor for our case. and my co-sponsor send his tax form (1020 forms)  and all of his 3 years w2 forms(2013-2014-2015) to NVC. after 8 weeks we revived a letter from NVC that wants a 2015 w2 that we already sent to them.

i made several calls to nvc and ask them about 2015 w2 form that we already sent to them, but no one gave me a correct  answer. i want to bring a correct documents to the embassy on the interview date.

dose any one know about w2 forms?

my co-sponsor is married and on his 2015 w2 mentioned that : "Married filling jointly"

I'm guessing that they might want his wife w2 forms as well, but im not sure thats why i made several calls to NVC but the NVC customer service people didnt know why they want 2015 w2 form again from me!!

would be appreciate if any one knows about this

Thank you
