Just got our hard copy NOA1 today   Our Noa1 date is 3-10   lets cross our fingers that they will pick up the pace

I received our NOA1 hard-copy in the mail today, which was dated 3/15 (the same day I received the email and SMS confirmation). Now we wait patiently!

Hi All!

I was supposed to send my packet out in Feb, however... situations... lol. I finally sent out our paperwork this afternoon, UPS store said Lewisville should get it by tomorrow . Just waiting for my NOA1 now

Glad that you got it sent out today! We targeted February too but ended up sending in March because we wanted to check everything over and over again before shipping

Lol!! Seems like a bit of us had aimed for February and ended up sending in March!  We got our hard copy today!! Yaaaaay!! Now we are "praytiently" waiting for NOA2

Better be slow and steady than miss out on documents right?

 

Have you gotten yourself a myUSCIS account? There's not much status to see now other than you've been sent a NOA1 but the tracker is great for updates when they start processing your submission

I am waiting till late May at least (unless by some miracle things pick up pace or happens) to sign up. I did check the site to see if the WACnumber works and that's about it. We not going to drive ourselves crazy till closer to when we expect to hear/see something

Thanks for the positivity  I haven't started requesting police certificates yet because when I read the consulate's review for Auckland, it states that instructions for police certificates will be available in the packet sent to me from the consulate...

I've also checked my previous police certs for residency in NZ and neither the VN one or the UK one states how long they'd be valid for. However, for the UK one, the address they used for me was my old apartment's address. I wonder if i should email the consulate or should wait until we've been approved, in case some certs are only valid for 6 months..

congrats on receiving your hard copy NOA1! lol I'm on the aim-for-Feb-filing boat too but ended up filing March 8th. Received SMS & email but still waiting for hard copy to arrive at my fiancé's door!
