I saw the changes thank you was different on my phone then me on an actual pc. Will the spreadsheet auto change or will you have to make a whole new one anytime anything changes? @CubaAndChill

No worries.

It would be nice if the spreadsheet automatically changed, but with each new scan I do it'll make a whole new spreadsheet. I'll keep uploading them to that google drive though so you should be able to go back whenever and reference them.

The scans are pulling information from the USCIS website. It's just like the apps that will show you all the cases sent in for a certain period of time. We can only access so many cases (about 5000) before getting blocked out of the USCIS website and not being able to access it until the next day.

As for how many cases are being processed, I believe there's a few hundred left for Nov & Dec and then about 1300 left for Jan. They haven't really touched Feb so there's a few thousand cases from that month and then March had around 4000. USCIS usually processes a hundred or so cases a day, but this past week they haven't approved any cases, mostly RFE's and responses to RFE's... so we may have to wait another month or two for them to start touching March cases. I predict they'll start consistently touching March in late June/early July.

That's so brilliant that we can manage to run the scan pulling USCIS data! Thanks for your very clear explanation! It does seem there's a delay on their end..hopefully we'll get more updates closer to June...

I really hope everyone gets updates soon. More so for the Nov, Dec & Jan filers sake... it's getting pretty crazy in those threads and a lot of people are getting impatient, especially with the scans showing CSC really hasn't touched any cases other than RFEs in the last week..

hi😊im a filipina beneficiary too..and a march filers still waiting the NOA 1😟

@Pibong Hi! When did you file your petition? You're supposed to get NOA1 less than a week after you filed and paid it. You should give them a call. 😢

I didn't know there's a March Filers 2017 so I created a separate thread to express my concerns. K1 Visa I-129F Stage. Feel free to share your thoughts here.

We submitted the I-129F package on March 13, 2017 to the Dallas Lockbox address. Our case was routed to USCIS California Service Centre for processing.  By March 16, the Receipt Notice was issued. I suppose this is the NOA 1. From our research, we understand that it will take an average of 3-5 months. I just checked the case status online and the message on it was the same one since March 16. The message stated was, "On March 13, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number -------, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by April 12, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283".

I am wondering if this is the standard message for everyone. Do you get different messages on your case status? There are no instructions on the receipt. Just the details of my fiancee.

Yep, that's the standard message for everyone getting a NOA1 (petition received), so you are in the right track. Normally, you won't see any more moves for your case until they approve your petition (NOA2) or you get a request for more information or evidence (RFE), in which case it will state something like "Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed".

When you respond to that request and they get your mail it changes to something like "Response to USCIS Request For Evidence Was Received".

Worst thing would be getting a NOID: "Notice of Intent to Deny", though that's not a definitive thing either.

Considering they have been working a bit slow lately, prepare for a bit of a wait yet.

Good luck!

I was hoping it wouldn't get till a RFE is required. We did spent some time researching, getting everything together. We met in 2012. However, we didn't have any proof before 2014. We didn't know that we have to collect proof of ongoing relationship. Both of us dug through our chat log archives when we found out about the requirements on February. Anyway, we managed to find something for every month from May 2014 to the present. We screenshot a few conversations for each month. We also managed to find an email from 2013. I didn't include all the emails. Just a screenshot on my account on the summary of emails we sent each other. For Skype, we included a few screenshots for our conversation record in 2015 to 2016. Nothing after that as we started using the video and voice calls feature on Facebook messenger. We cannot retrieve records for those though, as Facebook doesn't work that way. Nevertheless we did include photos from our trips together over the years, photos of meeting family members, my fiancee's 10 year multiple entry travel visa, gift receipts etc. Our evidence pack was 87 pages long. Hope that suffice.

March Filers,

When do you guys think we will get the NOA2? I teach high school so I get summers off. I will be visiting my family in California for a few weeks and spend the remaining six weeks in Malaysia with my fiancee. I will be joining her and her family for a Europe trip too. Since I will be practically gone for two months, makes me wonder if I will receive any forms during the period.

We are not really in a hurry but we would feel better knowing the timeframe for the case so that we could plan for a wedding and my fiancee could start arranging the move to the US. She's a working professional and it would take her some time to tie the loose ends on her current job. She's also completing an online MBA from an American university soon so she's looking at graduate offers in Houston. She would need to have her status adjusted to permanent residency in order to secure one. I don't think she will have any problems getting a job considering she has a perfect GPA score. I actually suggested her to put in a few applications with a note stating that she will receive full working rights by 2018. Any thoughts on these? Would really appreciate some heads up...

We should see movements on our petitions by late June/ early to mid July. You may receive the NOA2 while you're away in Europe. You can always delay the interview by a few months and write into the embassy to see if you can extend the expiration of your petition to delay it a little longer. That way you can have some extra cushion between the NOA2 and her migrating to the US. Once she receives her visa she has 6 months to enter to the US, depending on if her medical is still valid. I would recommend she enter before her medical expires. So she can definitely migrate to the US after the first of the year and still have everything valid.

HUGS I know what you mean. I have stayed away from VJ for like 4 days just because I needed a break from all this. Also I am now working two jobs and I work everyday with no days off. Crazy I know but the more money I save the better. I refuse to rely on my fiance while I can't work which is still going to kill me since I have worked since I was 15. I will have to find some volunteer work at the local library I think. LOL Yeah I get no understanding anywhere but here. I am tired of the constant questions so any movement. NO NO bleeping movement. Course I just say no and not likely til June hopefully and leave it at that hoping they won't ask again til June. LOL

I can completely relate! I have been super cranky the past couple days!  I keep trying to tell myself that my VJ timeline slipping to the right more and more is just estimate, but it is so disheartening to see that. I know this wait is nothing for our long term happiness, but I just need to have a "march whiner" moment for now...

I know this wait is nothing for our long term happiness, but I just need to have a "march whiner" moment for now...

I don't even bother to look at that timeline LOL I am visiting my fiance down in Colorado June 15th-25th so I hope that maybe we will see an approval then. LOL But I am thinking its likely going to be July. My boss asked me today if I have an idea of when I was leaving work. I said end of September at the earliest. She said WHEW. LOL

Well I broke down at work today. :( A co-worker asked if I had heard anything yet and I just looked at her and said maybe July or August at this rate and then started crying. ARGH I hate being an emotional person. I felt so bad because she started apologizing. Sometimes I wish I could keep everything on the down low. I am just having a tough day today lots of things went wrong, left my lunch at the doorway this morning, cried at work, and phone company called saying they were cutting me off if I didn't pay which I was like but I did. Finally found my confirmation and got it all sorted thank goodness. Hopefully the day gets better. Its cold and rainy too lol. I gotta go out in an hour and take books to the senior homes in the area. I do enjoy that. I will miss chatting with the seniors so much. One already told me she didn't want to train someone knew she wanted me. :)
