Oh dear god, the dreams have begun!! Last night I had a bad dream that our petition was denied!!! It was so outrageous though they sent me all of this evidence saying they found that the beneficiary is serving time in prison for a crime...like some crazy mix-up of my fiance with a criminal who had the same name. But there was no convincing USCIS it was just a mix-up and they said he would NEVER be able to enter the US under any circumstances. It was such a nightmare!! I have a feeling this is only the first of many dreams to come! haha.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

Oh that is my legit fear all the time!! My fiance actually does have the same name of someone on some kind of bad list with CBP and it always causes delays when he is coming to the U.S.  So I get anxiety that somewhere along the line they will get this mixed up again.

Sooo.. I have gotten myself locked out from running the USCIS scans for a few days  I think I scanned too many cases yesterday so it's blocked me for a few days. Nevertheless, I did run the batch that I was missing and found quite a few cases in it with received dates of 03/02 & 03/03 so once I'm unblocked I'll run the scan again so everyone can find their case number; then I'll continue to run weekly until they consistently touch March cases.

Thanks again!

I think we have at least another month to wait, but it would be nice to be included in the scans:)

Guy's, need advice, please :)

As my fiance is coming in June, we thought he should bring affidavit of support with him. My question is, after he fill the form/ affidavit of support what does he need to do? We will have cosponsor to.

Would it be to early to provide one in may if hopefully interview is July/ august?

Thank you

It may be a little early, but he could just sign it but not date it. You can then date it closer to the interview. He will need to gather all the evidence for the affidavit of support along with the cosponsors information as well. In truth, because the evidence needs to be dated near the interview date, it may be better if he just mails you everything closer to the interview.

Hi all. :D I am super happy today well minus the fact my fiance is sick and I am not down there to take care of him. :( Its just the flu but still. Anyway I finalized my days off with both my jobs and booked my flights to go see Chris. :D I am going down June15th and coming back June 25th. I am soooo excited. Chris has an eye appointment on the 16th. So I can go to him with that. I went to his first appointment in January. He gets shots in each eye due to his diabetes its either that or lose his eyesight. Chris has a huge phobia of needles and getting them in the eye is the worst. He does give himself an insulin shot everyday. His optometrist was sad that I wasn't at his last appointment and hopes I move soon because Chris got so scared at his last appointment he passed out. :( I calm him and needles don't scare me in fact I find it fascinating. The doctor allows so's to go in the room with the patients so that is nice. My boss is going to write me up a letter stating that I am on vacation from this time to this time and I am back at work on the 28th of June just in case I need it when I drive across the border.

As for the dreams @KozmicBlues I had one last week that we had been denied. Argh scared me so much I didn't sleep the rest of the night. :(

Hi guys.

Am I the only one who has this annoying feeling that I'll be receiving an rfe:blink:

I met my fiance online and we never included the terms of service from the website. I emailed their customer service to ask if they have any proof they're not an international marriage broker, and they said they're not. So, I'm trying to collect all this info just in case we get an rfe

1 and a half month left, I guess, till we hear from USCIS!

I feel you. I am in the same situation. Did the website ever give you proof that it is not a IMB?

Thank you! Someone else offered as well, but I'm able to run them at work and then run them here at home. So I should be okay. I'm running them right now at home just so I'm able to have confidence that everyone in the forum can find their case number.

If I ever need back up I'll be sure to let you know.

Hi @Mattagba! I emailed their customer service asking for a proof and they replied me back saying they're not an IMB as defined by the IMBRA act of 2005. I will also send the terms of service together with their reply if i get an rfe. So, i hope that's enough for them.
