In regards to the chart you posted above, March is getting awfully close to the 82 percent approval mark now. How long does does it take before USCIS marks someone a rejection? They have no valid reason to reject me at this point but I’m just wondering how they typically handle it in case they are waiting to send out the rejection and I happen to be in the pile. Do they typically wait to send all the rejection notices after 6 months have passed?

I'm really not an expert in rejections (Thank God).  I'm really not an expert in anything immigration related...... It's probably the most obscure ambiguous process I've ever witnessed.  However, I wondered this same question also when we began this process.  What I have noticed is that these types of rejections are early in the process around 2 months mark.  Maybe when the background checks results hit??  Another odd thing I noticed was the people having trouble at the embassy level after a speedy noa2 that is less than the normal noa2 turn around.  Truly, I'm baffled by these types, as well.  Perhaps uscis just letting it go to the state department to make the obvious decision and letting the matter 'wither on the vine' so no one truly has to be the bad guy....  dunno.

I think in the K1 process, time is truly on your side.  The longer it goes, the greater chance of an approval.

Rejections are very early on within the first few weeks. These are for No payment, Wrong payment, Wrong Form Version, and lack of signatures.

Hang in there.

Will I received a mail from NVC? coz we need their mail/email to medical

They should mail you, but just take a screenshot of the "READY" notice on the CEAC site with the MNL number showing and print that.  It works for SLEC medical appt

Nope

Some people never hear from them.  Some have got a letter..... @dkmfan85 just got a letter from NVC 2 days ago???? or 3 days???  Regardless, it's rare we hear of getting a letter.   I want to get the letter, just for my records, but I don't think it is necessary to actually get a letter.  The only thing I have heard is the NOA2 is necessary to file AOS.

Several PH members have done SLEC by just screenshotting the NVC number and printing it for SLEC. They told me to do it this way so we keep stepping.

I'd hate to see you wait for something that will never come.  Or you could call NVC to send you one.

I sorta plan to call them to get it later, just right now I'm busy steering through all the MNL steps :)

How ya coming?  Got your Cenomar, NBI, and BC yet?  Also, look at CFO - apparently their MNL schedule is a little crowded, so don't forget that step.

I got my NBI and Police Clearance yesterday. :) I have my BC already. My cenomar will be arriving anytime soon this month, I've already ordered it last month. For CFO planned to attend their seminar after i received my visa. How about your F?
