My case was in transit for a few hours, and it was only once it changed to the "Ready" status that I could see that info regarding 'Case created' and 'Case last updated'.

Dear Estibaliz, my case changed from Ready to Administrative processing today. But I am still not receiving any P3 yet. Do you know what does that mean? Thanks!

Guess who got their case number..... :D

They must of just received our case but hadn't yet assigned a case number so a very nice man let my fiance stay on the phone whilst he added our details to the system and then gave my fiance our case number :D

No wonder everything is slowing up. They are planning on moving everything to a new headquarters and shutting all the other places down. :o we might be glad we are through the first part. Now I understand why everything was moving to CSC. :o

Talking about NVC numbers....

When our case changed from IN TRANSIT to Ready, the case number got longer.  Anyone else notice that?  They added 01MNL to the back of the number

same to me. But i nevermind though I think it's just default. Yet I booked my interview without those excess numbers and letters

Hey im in the same boat as you waiting from march. Did the ombudsman mention why the processing times are as of june 30th which is 2 months old? Did you receive an explanation why they are using 2 months old information to excuse looking at our cases? Also the change from January 1st to February 15 to January back to February 1 was ridiculous. Did they explain either of these 2 things to you?

I enlisted help from the ombudsman and the response I got today via email from their inquiry was "within normal processing time", we are closing the case....Mine was received Feb 21st.....I got on the horn cause my case was put on processing hold on July 25th due to pending security checks...and like the email I sent back in response and the call I made to the nice on duty dude....this generic message doesn't apply to a case placed on processing hold.....tell me its cleared or something....I mean I guess if you file with them now ...since it takes 45 business days you will probably be out of the processing time...see that was my thought too....but them darn fools keep screwing around with the dates and keeping us from our rights of due process....jerks...so I sit and wait....and cry....and lose hope....it will be a miracle if I make it thru this emotionally intact....

Congratulations! :jest:

Yes, you can call NVC next thing, but better to give them a few more days to receive your case. I'd tell you to wait until next week, but up to you ;)

Thanks we are super excited! Ready for this to keep moving forward.

Woo our case has been switched over to a non-immigrant visa, and it's currently in AP. My fiance has booked his flight for the 14th of September, hoping that the visa is in his hands by that point. Now I just have to clean the entire apartment and fuss about him hating it for two weeks lol.

I wish everyone the best of luck, this whole process is ridiculous and there's so many of you who should have been done way before me.
