Thanks for the info! We are working with a lawyer, so it slows things down a bit. He has to review amything before we submit. We are going to email packet 3 tomorrow. I was curious of the interview schedule becuase I need to request time off from work.

Did you fill out the electronic form g-1145

Please do not wait for forms in the mail...i havent even received packet 3 in the mail yet u just used the one online. Once you email packet 3 you will receive an email back within a few days with packet 4.    (Note:you can only email packet 3 if your ceac case tracker says "ready") 

I would wait until you get packet 4 emailed back to you prior to taking time off work as i was hoping for a September interview and because i didnt go to ready status until now i could only get an october interview. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hey guys,

did anyone ever have an issue with information not saving in the DS-160?

In the "family information" section it asks for address of fiancée.  I enter in the street, city, state and zip.

It looks like it's saving, but every time we go back into it the state and zip code remove!!! Both Paul and I have tried it and the state and zip don't stick.. I tried calling several number and talked to someone in Manila. No one has been able to help and my attorney has no clue what the issue is...

did you guys try with a different bowser? safari , mozilla, chrome etc?

for eg everyone recommended to use mozilla firefox but for me it didn't work , the session was timed out before even filling in a row , so i did it with no interruption with safari..

i don't know , i am just suggesting...

Yesterday I received an email from MTL with packet 3 instructions. I'm not sure if I filled out g1145. Thanks for offering help, I'm sure I'll have more questions down the line

If you received an email most likely you had that form filled out (it allows them to email you- otherwise they would not have your email ) good luck with your case you will have packet 4 emailed in no time!

There have been many issues. Try to delete your cookies from your browser and try again maybe

Yes same here. I had to go back and fill it out again. I have a question how your beneficiary received a notice from USEM that your case is ready and it's ready for interview. Thanks!

I am trying to pay the visa fee online and it shows First available appointment is September 13, 2017. Once i hit the "make payment button" the next page is schedule appointment. Now my concern is my lawyer told me that she will schedule the appointment on my behalf. Can i make the payment and not choose an appointment date or i can only finish the whole transaction if i will do the appointment myself.

After 5 months we asked our congressman to inquire about our case on our behalf. We received our NOA2 a couple of weeks later, on day 177 from NOA1. So if you haven't already, contact your congressperson for help.
