I'm sorry to see you guys still waiting!
Many crossed fingers to the Danish neighbor! I hope you'll be done with that soon! :)

Sigh, I was hoping so much to read an approval news from you.
So sorry, especially for you, since we kind of have the same dates for NOA1.
Fingers are crossed like crazy!

What do i need to tell the rep in order to be transfer to tier 2?

No you're not :(. August 21 my  fiance received an rfe email (too sad cause we've waited more than 4 months then we receive rfe. Until now he didn't receive the mail from uscis what documents are we missing. :(

I have a question to all, what if my cp # that I put in our documents isn't the number I am using now (I'm the beneficiary)?

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear it. :(

Weirdly, even an RFE would be kinda nice to hear about... because then at least we'd know our files weren't lost or something, but I have to be careful what I wish for.

Here's hoping everything gets resolved soon for you and your petition gets approved!

I am not sure that all countries could be electronic but I know Canada was able to file the G-1145. So ya if you didn't do it your case wouldn't be electronic. Good Luck !

I don't think there's any relation whatsoever between filing the G-1145, that was for USCIS (and anyway, didn't work that well since we didn't get electronic notification for the NOA2 :P) or not.

As someone said on February thread, I think it was, the electronic system was available for certain countries where they were already using it for CR1's... I know I checked the tabs to know which countries were those some time, but it was kind of confusing...

Well someone on the NVC line specifically told me if I filed the G-1145 in my original package than I am considered an electronic file. And I was in the electronic file system at NVC.

So I don't know?

This whole process is messy so I wouldn't be surprised if they are wrong.. but it looks like things are being sent electronically to me (not the NOA2) but the NVC notification was.

Nooo. Originally that's what I planned since I didn't want to have to drive back to Toronto to pick it up, but @Nathan&Amy told me it's possible to get it couriered so I'm getting it done in Toronto next week or so hopefully - if they have availability. I'm getting a sense of relief and new panic at the same time ahahaa, and Montreal is really lovely you'll enjoy your week there !!

If they told you that, then of course you are a more reliable source than me :P

Maybe it's a combination of both, having the G-1145 and being one of the qualifying countries.

Anyway, it would be cool to get an email from them anyway :)
