HAHA the patiently impatiently waiting is a perfect description of what we are all going through for sure.

Yeah I was planning a trip to see my fiance but I put that on hold until I find out if I got the second job I applied for to make extra money for this process. I should still be able to go see him in the US but it will be a much shorter time than I originally planned. lol

Just wanted to update y'all... Since they are starting to touch Feb cases, I will start posting the March scans around 5/1. I'm almost finished scanning all of March petitions and then have to do a couple more things to get it looking nice and able to post the results like akesangel does. I'm also waiting for her to get back from her vacation to make sure I'm doing everything correctly.

Also, I'll probably start off with a weekly scan every Monday until they start touching March petitions and then I'll move into daily posts. Does that sound okay with everyone?

Thank you for doing that, I'll be looking forward to the scans!

Sorry, haha, I suspect I may be autistic so I confuse stuff!

Thanks again!

I read somewhere that bank statements shouldn't be collected until I receive my NOA2. But I really just rather collect stuff that I could while I can. Like that and the police report. It's better to be on top of stuff, right? :)

No problemo!

Yup, it's better to get some things done beforehand. However, with the police report, depending on it's expiration date I wouldn't get it until I had my interview date. Some police reports & medicals expire after 6 months and it's better to have a medical that's still valid when you enter the US.

I believe for Australia It's valid for 12 months. I seen it in a few places. I guess every country is a little bit different. I do know that the employment letter is 6 months, so I am definitely waiting for that one, without a doubt. And the W2, and pay stubs. Well, I can actually get the W2 now that I think about it since it will be the same year we more than likely will have our interview. :) I know the medical isn't getting done until we get the heads up.

So I posted this on another thread that had nothing to do with us March filers... Woooo... Too much on the brain and doing too many things at once. Never a good mix..

Good afternoon my fellow March Anonymous Complainers!

hello march filler i am here, even when i dont post a lot here , i read everybody here who post.

i feel your pain being far way from the person that you love, in this process you need be patient, veryyyyyyy patient.

this is my second k1, first time i felt that i was passing way each day waiting. now i am relax just watching the time pass and waitng patiently the approval.

MY FIRST K1 HELPED ME A LOT TO LEARN THAT THE THINGS HAPPEN WHEN GOD WNTS THAT HAPPEN, AND IF SOMETHING ISNT GOOD, GOD WILL MAKE ALL HE CAN TO PUT WAY FROM US THAT PERSON WHO ISNT GOING TO MAKE US HAPPY.

MY FIRST K1

i will make a resume from my first k1, on 2013 i met a man in my country Dominican Republic, he started the proces on june 2013, on october 2013 the petition was approved, on march 18, 2014 i went to the intervie, i was approved and they took my passport. after  a month  waiting by my passport and the pasport never arrived, i amailed the embassy asking why the pasport arrived, they never gave me a good answer, then 5 months later they sent me back my passport and a letter saying that the case was on Administrative Pocessing without a explaination.

then one year later frommy first interview they gave me a new interviw on april 2015, at the second interview the CO was very nasty and didnt say nothing about issue my visa, after a terrible interview she eing very nasty she said that the case continue in AP.

after do some search, i found out that it was a wrong criminal record on my name, a person who stolen a swingsuit in a store was put on my name (here in my country is comun that police put wrong criminal record to people without the person know about that).

while all this happened, my ex fance couldnt come back to visit e , he was waitng for me go there, but during the time waitng i found out that he had serious problem with alcohol and may others issue vey bad for a couple, so i finished very desappointed from him, and my love for him ended.

the case continued at the embassy. until march 2016.

on march 2016 i was lucky and sent a letter singned for my ex to the embassy to have the case close, the embassy sent case back to NVC, NVC sent back to USCIS, and i guess he moved from his house because the status of my first petition says that the post office retourned a notice that was sent because couldnt delivery, i am sure that is the notice from uscis clossing the case.

MY SECOND K1

the same that that uscis got back the notice from the post office , also uscis got my new petition. march 17, 2017.

on march 2017 i met my now fiance, he is a lovely man, and now i see why God didnt let me go on my first k1, God had better plans for me and a good person.

SO EVERYBODY HERE BE PATIENT AND IF THETHINGS DOESNT GO AS YOU WANT, JUST THINK GOD HAS BETTER PLANS FOR YOU.

SOMETIMES WE ARE BLIND AND WE DONT SEE THE BADS THINGS ON THE PERSON THAT WE LOVE, BUT GOD KNOW EVERYBODY AND HE FIND THE WAY TO SHOW US THE RIGHT ROAD, in my case the long AP helped me to see the things clear.

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY HERE AND BEST WISHES TO US

Wow I'm so sorry to read that happened to you! But you're so right, God does do things for a reason and he made sure that you didn't end up with the wrong person.

Welcome to the March filers and I pray everything goes smoothly this time for you.
