oh no. https://www.ontario.ca/page/get-or-replace-ontario-birth-certificate#section-4 it can take 15 business days + delivery to request one. and my interview is in 14 days exactly.

That really sucks. You may end up having to do the premium service option? I think this process is meant to suck us dry of all money...

Hello Canadians, at the interview did you need a long-form birth certificate? The one I have is just card-size and quite worn. I am not sure if I should request a new one which we do have to pay for. @gob332 @eastcoastgroove @calahjosh931 @PR&PR

I believe you need your long form.  I only knew this from reading this forum, so I ordered one far in advance.  I believe it came within 2 weeks in New Brunswick.  I would definitely order one and if it doesn't come in time, try with your small one. Worst that will happen is they will make you send it in once you get it.  Maybe there is an option to expedite it too when ordering??

But you said you got a letter from NVC. So, how did you notified? Will the beneficiary receive a email or phone call/txt message.

I (US citizen/petitioner) got a letter in the mail from NVC about a week after I had called them and received the case number. It included the NVC case number and other details and advised the case has been sent to the embassy.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

My fiancé (the petitioner) received an email... but I called and got my case # the day before he got the email. We were an electronic file. No Hard letter saying NVC got our case. (from my understanding we are suppose to receive something in the mail with packet 3.. but packet 3 is also online so I'm sure the letter is coming.. just takes some time).. ill use the online system prior to the mail anyway.

Scott has sent me the documents with DHL Express.
It took about 36 hours and was 49 bucks.

Good to know this in case it ever did come down to an urgent need of getting them there...
Was it DHL that actually delivered the mail to you or someone else once it got to Germany?

Hi Dear March Whiners,

I haven't been on the forum for a great while, but was wondering if there are still many people waiting for NOA2?

We're at a 150 day mark now...

My opinion only..... and for good reasons, I believe that you have to be very close to approval

Are you calling Tier 2 at least every week?

I have submitted my congression inquiry from my case receive march 16. On day 160 now. Hoping this somehow forces them to look at Colombia cases again. There are still 3 other Colombians in march that have not received approval and no Aprils. I assume there is some freeze on Colombia approvals currently and I am hoping this inquiry dislodges that freeze.

Aug 4th I prepared a 17 pg packet and faxed to my Senators office for a USCIS inquiry into the status of my 129f. I called to confirm receipt. They told me 3 to 5 days it would be assigned to casework. 12 days later they said it would be assigned to casework in a week or so.  They never did anything with it before I received NOA2 19 August. On 20 August I called and thanked them but to never mind- It resolved itself.  Today I received an email from the Senator:
