Hi marchers!! I am so nervous. So my  axe was received march 27th. Today I contacted USCIS and spoke to a tier 2 rep.. the tier 2 rep advised me that on August 17th an order was put in for additional evidence/info by the adjudicating officer however the tier 2 rep states that as of now nothing has been mailed out to me.. how strange. Has anyone had that happen to them???

i asked the tier 2 rep for a timeframe on when they will mail me such letter so I can mail back the information they are requesting and his reply was pretty much dumbfounded.. he stated he has no idea but that the order was put in August 17th. ANY INFORMATION HELPS guys! Has anyone had that happen? Is that the same as an RFE? Wondering why nothing has been mailed to me yet :///// my fiancé and I are so stressed ://

This exact same thing happened to @Keith & Monica. Their date for the order for additional evidence, as told in the phone by the Tier 2, was July 31st. The RFE itself was sent and showed up on the tracker in August 15th.

We had so many "adventures" right before the interview, and now I'm extremely excited, relieved, and bursting into crying and laughing in turns:)

I'll write a detailed report later, and I hope to catch up with all your news tomorrow when I get home.

Olechka, congratulations!

I checked my case number at NVC site and it says it's still in NVC. Question: It also says that there are six steps that you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms, and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything or missing.  What does it mean?? Anyone from PH petitioners?

I think it is just a default pop up and is for anyone who gets interview scheduled through the NVC? And nothing to worry about.
Please someone correct me if I am wrong lol

I was also confused reading the message. I called our lawyer and she said not to worry. Infact, our case is already "IN TRANSIT" to Abu Dhabi Embassy.

Can someone confirm though if its really NVC who will schedule the interview or i can do it myself online. It was also stated that my interview was scheduled by NVC.

Just curious who stated that? I think you just do it yourself after the fee is paid.

I would guess that it is just another default pop up. I have been known to be wrong though lol
But, seriously, I think (at least from the conversations I have had with the people at the NVC) that once a case# is assigned, they only keep it for a few days before sending it off to the rightful embassy... From the sounds of it, they want nothing more to do with it after the # has been assigned  lol
Even when I had called about my F's misspelled middle name, they made it very clear that they don't have it long enough to make any changes and that is to be taken care of at the embassy.
This is my opinion from the conversations that I have had with them and I think I called a total of 4 times?
