I'm 1300 miles away from home my neighbor calls me and tells me that he's been picking up my mail. Today I got a letter from immigration so I tell him to hurry up and open it..... NOA2 approved!

No senator, but this last week I was turning up the heat. Probably because of age of petition it was approved, as phone calls didn't seem to help.

TwoDs I'm sure is correct,  the antique petitions laying around become a problem for the 'quarterly look how great uscis is' report.  Anyways..... WHO CARES? I GOT APPROVED!!!

:dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

Congratulations!

One more thing. If she's planning to gather her requirements already like NBI CLEARANCE, BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND CENOMAR.. tell her that the PURPOSE of CENOMAR AND NBI should be USA VISA or VISA USA. :))

also if she had her name changed or she had some changes in her name in birth certificate or she was previously married before, you should tell her she should request an NBI CLEARANCE and CENOMAR with AKA. :)) to avoid 221G. 😊

try hotel Soriente and paragon.. they don't have breakfast but it's okay.. Rate per night is 1500 I think or 1600 pesos. :)) It's very near the St Lukes. Casa bocobo is near also but the two hotels are nearest. Just literally less than a minute you'll be in front of the clinic. I stayed in Hotel Soriente. There was a small grocery store there and a mini stop store. :))

Even previous last name? (No married) just correction of last name. Because as  am reading. NBI aka applies for marriage people, middle name change or name change. I am not sure if changing last name is included. Do you have any idea?

I'm not sure.. but you should get another copy one with aka to be sure. Consulates are very strict right now.. :))

Now we got NOA2, what's next?

Wait 6-12 days before calling the NVC to get your case number. Then you can finally have your medical, pay for the visa fee and set for an interview

I was in the clinic around 12AM that day, but I was the first applicant that time, I decided to just grab a breakfast first.. I went back around 1AM and there were people already. I was #4 in the line. The guard started to let us in around 4:30 in the morning.. the biometrics started at 5:30.. I finished everything until 9:55. They instructed me to go back at 2:30PM for further instructions because I was told that I am going to undergo psychiatric evaluation due to a scar in the wrist.. :)) I went back and they scheduled me for psychiatric evaluation a week after that day.. after that psych test, they told me to go back in 2 days.. So I had to go back to st lukes for 3 days..

if you're all good during the day one, and you go there early in the morning and you finished everything before 11AM or 12NN and they instructed you to back in the afternoon, possibly, you're going to have your vaccinations already.. You will be done in just one day. I advice you to just go there early. If you won't, you might have to go back again the next day for vaccination . :))

You're welcome! Yes. :)) Make sure you move fast when you start your medical already. :)) always present your receipt to the counter of each floors. Don't sit. Just sit after they have your receipt already. Goodluck! Try to drink plenty of water.
