Good morning everyone!!
I have a silly question! On the I-134, question 38... do we leave that blank?  I just feel like I am afraid to leave anything blank, but I have seen where it says that is for tourists... so, just tryna make sure before I actually do leave it blank because I feel like I have also seen somewhere that we are supposed to click intend.
Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance =)

Is that the question about whether you will provide specific support to the person listed? I was having issues with what to fill out and for some reason I think it was #38, but don't have the papers in front of me right now.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

So now that I received NOA2 - when should I mail my packet to my fiance? Copies of everything, etc...

Should I wait till I get the NVC letter by mail and then copy and include that in packet?

Thanks for any info.

Want to get all our ducks in a row

@Estibaliz is right :)  Definitely don't wait for the NVC letter by mail.   If we had to do that we would still be waiting as I  never received any mail from NVC!

No, don't put DO NOT. It's the general advice to mark the yes option, because the other one can apparently cause trouble...

EDIT to add what I think it's the best answer to this question :)

Another quiet day for noa2. DUe to the success people have had submitting inquiery through senator/ congressman, does anyone know the process for this?

It's not hard.

Look up your local congressman or senator ( try this:  https://www.usa.gov/elected-officials  )

When you find them, try to find a local office near you. NOT the office in DC.

Call them and explain you want to do an inquiry.

Most likely you will get transferred to an immigration specialist.

They'll likely tell you to download a privacy act release form from their website. Send that form and your NOA1 to them, then wait.

Not all offices are as useful as others. If one doesn't do anything, try the other senator or your district congressman.
