I had the same exact issue. Go into your browser settings and delete your history. After doing this, I have not had the issue again. You may need to delete cookies, but I did not.

Got the physical NOA2 in the mail... USCIS didn't lie to my senator -- it's 8/11. Postmarked 8/14.

What's interesting is the email to the senator's aide says it was approved on 8/11, the USCIS and my layer say 8/14. Hmmmmmmmm...

So ur case wasn't touch until u emailed ur senator?  My case online shows received March 15 and was last touched on March 24th. Nothing yet so far. When i called yesterday, i was told by the rep that my case looked good, however i was till in the normal processing time.

It wasn't touched until a full week after my senator's office asked about it.

 

My lawyer says it's just coincidence and the inquiry had no effect. I disagree with him.

So, called USCIS yesterday and given the same ole "line" (ur case is still in the normal processing time.....they are working on Feb filers) smh, however, i was told by the rep that my case "looked good"🤔  and that i should wait.  Does that mean it was worked on ( like background checks etc.....)and just needs to be approved?.  I've been waiting 5 months from the received date March 15 and notice March 22.😐

So it took a full week for them to approve it?

If they did, then ur background n other checks must have been already done before ur inquiry
