@TearsOfBabylon, what time NVC open and close?. can my fiance call NVC in the evening?. Because he always busy during day time and was not able to call them.

I called around 7:30-08:00am, as well as around 5pm their time!
If you're the beneficiary and have better time to call, you can call as well! :)

Did you already buy your ticket?

It's reserved already. I'm going to get it Monday or Tuesday. Found a decently "cheap" one way flight with Iceland Air over Reykjavik to Boston to Richmond, VA. At least I can claim having been in Iceland then, hehe! At least for 1,5 hours :D

See the attached photo. This is taken right from the I-134 Instructions. When I filled out the I-134 I didn't include my savings, just the amount in my checking account. I got my letter from the bank the same day so the two amounts would match. This was about two months before the interview.

But the instructions for the I-134 to specifically include the letter from the bank. The fact that you make 300% the poverty level means you should have no problem and don't need to include other assets. You do however need to provide proof that you make this amount from multiple sources: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

Can you tell me how to get an I-134, since it's one of the requirements for the interview. After printing and fill out everything, what's next? Thank you!

As for getting the I-134 you click the link in the post you quoted.  https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 What's next is all embassy specific, so hopefully one of the many filers from the Philippines will be able to point you in the right direction. :)

Leas than two weeks after noa2, if I'm right?

Yes, I think just short of two weeks, today is actually exactly 2 weeks since our NOA2 date of 3/8. Hopefully it will leave the NVC today

Although the case number is a little confusing. It is XXX2017728xxx, so that looks like July 28 2017 to me or might just be coincidence. If it's a date, then it is even before our NOA2 date ? hmmmm

I read somewhere to subtract 500. So 728-500= 228th day of the year (Aug 16?)
