Probably not an issue.  If they ask it is in case if needed for advanced parole AP

Sounds like a round trip ticket is cheaper, and they only give you boarding passes for the current flight, not the one returning.  I'm leaning towards a round trip ticket since they are cheaper.

Round trips are better trust me on this one. Not only cheaper but if things don't work out and sad to say they don't always, you already have the ticket for return flight.

but your USCIS status is still RFE received or approved?

They don't really approve RFE's it's the actual petition that gets approved or denied.

Grrr im sorry....i thought you had got yours....well yea cenamar, nbi, psa all finished all the documents for the interview will be sent.... we are trying to get her sons permission from the birth father to come so we can get his k3...but we are prepared to do a follow on if need be....his father doesnt have or want cutody but he wont give us writen release of rights trying to keep her from traveling...but we have hope...im flying them both to palawan to get his passport before we schedule her interview...getting a appointment is crazy...we thought her sisters could take him for it but it takes almost a act of god for that so getting it out of the way now....

Hope you get your golden ticket tomorrow!

I've been through this song and dance too. There is no K-3 for minors it is actually K-2. The birth father's permission is NOT required by the US or Philippine Government especially if baby/child was born out of wedlock. I'm assuming the father is Filipino National and not some other foreigner living in the Philippines please correct me if I'm wrong. The only way the father could stop the mom from taking child to USA is if there is a pending custody court case filed there in the Philippines. There have been cases of the father having zero interest in the child but once they know Kano is involved they suddenly have an interest $$$. More than a few have asked for a pay out but again it is NOT required for father's approval. I'll find a link in a bit and send it to you via the mssg inbox.

Just remember CSC works in 45 day cycles, like we work in 24 hour cycles.  They may say 45 but they don't mean it. Hang in there, try not to compare - nothing makes me more crazy than to compare.  Just remember there are lots of us still stuck here wanting what we can't have yet - But they can't keep us back here forever - It has to be soon, very soon.

I'm following you, I want to be one of the first to congratulate you.  I really believe yours is just around the corner.  Hang with us just a little longer :)

Aww thank you for your words of encouragement. I'll keep that in mind. Its just that sometimes I cant help it. Ive been trying to remind myself not to stress about it so much its just that it is kind of difficult to do. Thank you so much for your message anyways! I really appreciate it. 😊 We'll get ours soon, 👌🏻

Patience still pays out! :):):)

Now you can rest for 2-3 weeks and then the busy part starts! You're half way done, yay! :D

Thank you so much! :)

Yep, way too many patience needed in this process.

Not sure if I'll let myself have a rest - too many thoughts in my mind.

Coming vacation can help though! 🙈
