I also got my Noa2 on the 29th. I called on 8/14 and got my case #. This morning , 8/15, I received 2 emails from NVC. One with my case numbers and that they are "expediting processing" to montreal. Second email told me to have my fiance fill out DS160. The case tracker also changed from "at nvc" to "in transit" today.

crazy ours still says received not that it matters anymore. but weird.

My petition got approved on July 31st and the NVC received it Aug 15 and also assigned a case number Aug 15. That's my status as of now...

 

I received my RFE notification on July 6... responded the same day I got the hard copy letter (July 12) and they updated it to received my response 3 days later. I only got my NOA2 through snail mail on August 4, but it was dated July 31st. Hope this helps! 

 

The website stilll shows recieved my response to RFE

Grrr im sorry....i thought you had got yours....well yea cenamar, nbi, psa all finished all the documents for the interview will be sent.... we are trying to get her sons permission from the birth father to come so we can get his k3...but we are prepared to do a follow on if need be....his father doesnt have or want cutody but he wont give us writen release of rights trying to keep her from traveling...but we have hope...im flying them both to palawan to get his passport before we schedule her interview...getting a appointment is crazy...we thought her sisters could take him for it but it takes almost a act of god for that so getting it out of the way now....

Hope you get your golden ticket tomorrow!

IT says RFE recieved still... I never knew I was approved until I got the letter in the mail

Probably not an issue.  If they ask it is in case if needed for advanced parole AP

Sounds like a round trip ticket is cheaper, and they only give you boarding passes for the current flight, not the one returning.  I'm leaning towards a round trip ticket since they are cheaper.

Just remember CSC works in 45 day cycles, like we work in 24 hour cycles.  They may say 45 but they don't mean it. Hang in there, try not to compare - nothing makes me more crazy than to compare.  Just remember there are lots of us still stuck here wanting what we can't have yet - But they can't keep us back here forever - It has to be soon, very soon.

I'm following you, I want to be one of the first to congratulate you.  I really believe yours is just around the corner.  Hang with us just a little longer
