curious about the statistics for March filers.  what do you make of the approvals so far up to yesterday?  I suppose we are up to about 54 / 56 percent approved now?

I think the graphics on Igor's list shows around a 65% of approved cases. So with that and 20 cases pending after RFE and some people that didn't update their profiles, not that bad really.

But I understand it won't look that way to the ones still waiting :(

Received NOA2 in the mail! :)

Approval date: 7/31

NOA1: 3/17

CHECK YOUR MAIL GUYS!!! Tracker is indeed broken. Even when I called USCIS last week, they said it was still pending.

What's the envelope postmarked? It's looking like a lot of these 7/31 NOA2s got mailed later.

Hey, you got yours! Congrats! I wasn't able to sign on this weekend as I was up north checking out wedding spots.

Woohoo NVC receieved and sent our visa to Montreal, "expedited"... hopefully hear from Montreal in the next week! DS160 all done but my photo, things seem to be flying now 😍

If you have a Loblaw or Great Canadian Superstore near you that does photos, I got a digital passport photo done there specifically for the DS-160.

Day 148. Nothing in informed delivery. Nothing from senator's office yesterday.

Hugs. I am not sure senators work anyway. Chris and I might contact one if we are still waiting in September I suppose.

I sent an email this morning 😂 Quoted my case number and said I was forwarding my personal email for contact for packet 3 and 4 😅

:) you can actually go ahead and look online for the Packet 3 checklist and do it, then once the CEAC tracker shows READY, you can just email Packet 3 in to Montreal, you don't have to wait for them to send you anything first

Question!  I'm gathering everything I need to send to my fiance.  For some reason I thought I needed to send the originals of everything we included in our I-129F along with a copy of the whole packet but the checklist on here just says to send copies of the documentary proof?  Do I not need to send him the originals of all the boarding passes, my birth certificate, etc?

K-1 Visa:

03/27/17 - I-129F mailed.

03/31/17 - Delivered / Received Date
04/05/17 - Notice date

04/06/17 - NOA1 text & e-mail

04/10/17 - NOA1 hard copy
07/31/17 - NOA2 hard copy

08/14/17 - Received NVC case #

08/17/17 - Case left NVC / in transit
08/18/17 - Case ready at embassy!
09/13/17 - Medical
09/21/17 - Interview - Approved!

10/09/17 - POE Phoenix

10/22/17 - Married!

AOS:
11/16/17 - AOS packet mailed

11/18/17 - Delivered

You are fantastic! Thanks for both of your comments! I'll prob have to hit up a big city for that 😂 Though I think Staples does passport photos now too, wonder if they do digital...

The beneficiary will need originals for their BC, Passport, Police Cert, etc. The petitioner does not need to send original BC, Passport, etc. You should send original supporting documentation for the affidavit of support along with wet signatures on all documents.

A copy of the 1-29f package will also suffice.

Knowing this would have made things easier. We went to Shopper's and they only do copies of the photos. We scanned and used DOS' photo editor to upload.

yeah not very many places do the digital ones! I had to check quite a few before I did them at Loblaw's finally.
