Fellow Whiners!!! :)

What a long day - I'm worn out! Got up at 2am for the 4 hour drive to Frankfurt....but:

Good news from Germany! --->  This girl got APPROVED AT THE INTERVIEW TODAY!!! :) :jest::wub:

I can't believe all the worrying is (almost) over (for now!), and I kind of haven't realized everything yet!
Thanks so much to everyone for their support all the time since March! :):)

My fingers are crossed for everyone still waiting! May you all be done with that soon!

For the records:

Petition sent: 03/14
NOA1 receive: 03/17
NOA1 notice: 03/22
NOA2 notice: 06/23
Interview: 08/08 - Approved!

NOA1 to NOA2: 93 days
NOA1 to Interview: 139 days

This is old news to me 😂😂😉

OMG! Congrats!!! That is amazing news!!

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

- The Dalai Lama

Day 148. Nothing in informed delivery. Nothing from senator's office yesterday.

curious about the statistics for March filers.  what do you make of the approvals so far up to yesterday?  I suppose we are up to about 54 / 56 percent approved now?

Woohoo NVC receieved and sent our visa to Montreal, "expedited"... hopefully hear from Montreal in the next week! DS160 all done but my photo, things seem to be flying now 😍

I think all of those notices from NVC say "expedited" now. I know ours did, but there is nothing expedited about Montreal :(

It took over a month from NVC sending our information to us receiving Packet 3, and that was after contacting the consulate about it.

Good luck on your next step!

Correct -- They responded to my e-mail inquiry with Packet 3 and then it showed up a few days later physically in mail. No harm in e-mailing them earlier than i did. Maybe they would have sent a response via e-mail a bit sooner?

I sent an email this morning 😂 Quoted my case number and said I was forwarding my personal email for contact for packet 3 and 4 😅

That's awesome!! I will keep checking for sure.

Our petition is "in transit" as of last night to Vietnam. I guess the reason they "pulled it aside" for AP was minor. I finally found some posts regarding this and it may have been that something was missing from the file when sent from USCIS.

So, it arrived on the 2nd and left the NVC on the 7th...not bad, not bad at all!

I bet it is much higher. It seems some members dissapeared from the site. Some I was "stalking" have not updated their status or logged into the site for weeks.
