BTW, first time today ever...... I ran out of reputations! Lively day here on VJ

I ran out too. It was an active day! Now, I wish that I would not have given so many to some Floridian...live and learn. We'll have to see what time zone VJ uses as there are some that deserve points from the latter part of the day.

Fun, fun stuff!

Hello everyone, hope you are having a wonderful day. We just receive 1 week ago (7/28/17) our NOA2 confirmation that our case is moving to the NVC. We had settle the flying date to September 21st. I know is an optimistic idea but I was wondering if we have time to finish the process around that date seeing that the process is going at a good path. Probably many people asked the same but I have been looking around and everybody is different. So if someone can give me an idea I would be really happy to hear your opinions. Thank you for your time and good luck in your process.

It seems there is sime variation between consulates. It looks like yours is Armenia. I looked and the last couple interviews took over two months (last one three) beyond the NOA2 date there. Most are right around two months. Maybe you could contact those, who interviewed recently to find out more.

Im debating calling in and trying to get them to escalate me to tier2 to force them to check my status. If they give me the its normal processing bs I'm gonna ask why they moved the processing time from january 15 to february 15 then to january 1st.

I didn't do anything but i asked my fiance to call USCIS and ask the status of our case but he politely declined. He assured me that everything will be fine and that we will receive our NOA2 very soon. Glad we didn't call coz we got our NOA2 just last night.

I suggest you to wait until the end of this month before you call USCIS.

I hope you will get yours very soon.

Good Morning from Dubai!

At last, we received our NOA2 dated Aug. 3, 2017. I didn't even realize to ask my fiance to check his PO BOX until last night. It took them 126 days to approve our case. USCIS still shows received as of March 30.

I am very happy to move forward and wait for our case to be transferred to NVC.

WOW !!!! Congratulations !!!!!!! :)

Does your status under immigrant visa say "At NVC' "In Transit" or "Ready"?  The 6 steps message is a generic message for the CEAC status.  These do not apply to K1 Visas - you are good to proceed with getting things prepared for the interview!

I do not get to that to see if in transit or ready. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I choose imigrant visa, my country as I am beneficiary and case number. After submit I got this pop out windov with this notice about 6 steps that do not ally to k1.

Thanks anyway

Regards
